Since 2001, we’ve sought to improve children’s access to Science and Mathematics.
Now with improvements in Internet and electricity availability, we set up computer labs in schools that cater to low-income students. We use Khan Academy online courses in Hindi to teach mathematics and physics. To accommodate many students, we run our programs year-round, seven days a week. The Foundation funds and trains staff members to run these computer labs. Currently, our Digital Booster Program partners with two community centers and 21 schools in four districts of Uttar Pradesh. To reach additional learners, we intend to expand our program to 100 schools across nine UP districts.
